Blizzard of February 5 – 7, 1978

This snow storm dropped over 27 inches of snow with very high winds. Truly a memorable event. Mark barely made it back to Cambridge from his work out in Acton, MA. Everything was locked down for days and days. Large National Guard bulldozers cleared the snow on Western Ave. The city council banned cross country skiing on city streets becuase the skiers were interfering with snow removal.
