We’ve been making a trip to Cambridge on Super Bowl weekend for as many years as we have lived in Hudson – ten now. This is typically combined with a trip to Florida for Karen’s cousins’ dinner in Delray Beach. This year the two events were separate. There was a slight overhang of worry about COVID19.

We stayed with Esther Hanig. Visited the MIT Museum, Peabody Essex Museum, City Hall Annex. Had breakfast with Linda Larson.

The Lawrence works were somewhat disappointing. Too didactic for Mark.
Wondered around and found other objects of interest.

Sunday 2/2/2020 – Super Bowl Sunday
A regular feature of our February trips to Cambridge is a continuation of our Sunday brunches started so long ago by Miriam Goodman. Since both Johnny D’s and a second spot have closed, we are now at S&S. Many of the regulars were there and we continue to suffer from the long table syndrome – you only get to talk with a small fraction of those attending. This year we went around the table for a brief update from each person.
