52 Kinnaird St – construction 2nd floor porch and deck

Louis Villeneuve framed up the new room that was mostly sliding glass doors. A deck was built at the rear with a spiral metal staircase for access to the yard, mostly to bring firewood up for the stove. We did the interior finish, electrical, and hardwood floor.
