Mark visited this meeting. It started on time and was very well run. The building the library was in was decrepit and not well suited to housing a library.
Shortly after the meeting Theresa Parsons, President of the Board asked Mark to volunteer on a 414 Initiative Campaign to raise tax support for the library.
