Working on contract from Columbia Economic Development Corp. Mark worked with David Ackerman and Seth Lachterman, both principals in the venture, to write a business plan for UThisMe, LLC. This resulted in the investment of $1 million by Cameron Melville. At the time UTM was working on an encrypted private communications app.
